What an exciting adventure my education at Hawthorn University has given me. There are many treasures in life that come our way when we just open our eyes to see them.
I am truly blessed and honored to have met some dear friends and colleagues who all share the same zest for health and wellness and a desire to bless others from what we have learned. We are all at different levels of our training and some have even graduated and have a thriving business now. So I'd like to introduce you to my nutrition buddies. They are always there for me and we all share our thoughts and opinions daily. It's comforting to know that when I run into a situation that needs extra researching, I can count on them to share their knowledge, resources, and understanding all the time.

Meet Micki Contini. Micki is from New Jersey and has a masters of science degree in Holistic Nutrition and certified through the National Association of Nutritional Professionals. She conducts wellness workshops and has written several health and fitness articles. She loves helping people realize their health goals and empowering them to achieve them.
Meet Amy White. Amy is from northern California and close to finishing her master's degree in Holistic Nutrition. She writes interesting blogs. Check it out and you'll find lots of good info and recipes and while you are there, check to see if nutmeg really is a dangerous spice or not.
